- Calendar - The collection of residual materials follows an annual, scheduled calendar. An electronic version is available online. A paper version is available at the municipal office. Collections are planned according to two distinct routes:
Circuit #1 and circuit # 2. Refer to the reverse side of the calendar to find out your circuit.
- Sorting- All residual matter must be sorted. Recyclable and compostable matter must be separated from household garbage. Each will be collected on its own, respective collection date. Refer to the collection calendar for your pickup dates. Residents who place unsorted residual materials roadside for pickup are in violation of by-law R2010-280 and are liable to be issued an infraction under article 7.1 of said by-law.
- Inclement weather, mechanical breakdown - If unforeseen problems arise due to dangerous climatic conditions, mechanical problems or any other situation out of the Municipality’s control which interrupt your regular scheduled collection service, you will be notified via the municipal Facebook page and website and by community radio.
- Unemptied bin - The collection of residual materials, (garbage, recycling, compost), is carried out between 7:00 am and 4:30 pm according to a determined schedule. If you notice that your material has not been picked up, please notify us by phone as soon as possible. 819-465-2323 extension 121.
